Description

The Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Portland, ME will:

  • Manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Oversee subcontractors and coordinate their schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to maintain timelines.
  • Ensure job site safety by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety inspections.
