Superintendent - Manhattan Commercial Interiors ($50 Pipeline)

We are seeking a Superintendent with experience in commercial interiors construction, tenant improvements, and office fit-outs in Manhattan. This role will oversee daily field operations while working in tandem with a Project Manager across multiple active projects.

Description

• Manage daily site operations for commercial interiors construction projects
• Oversee tenant fit-outs, office renovations, and interior build-outs
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and material deliveries
• Work closely with Project Manager on execution, planning, and reporting
• Ensure projects meet high-end finish standards and client expectations
• Manage site safety, compliance, and OSHA requirements
• Track project schedules, RFIs, submittals, and progress reporting
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and ownership teams

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial interiors or tenant improvements
• Experience working as Superintendent on Manhattan job sites
• Strong coordination with Project Managers and field teams
• Ability to manage fast-paced, high-end interior construction projects
• Knowledge of NYC construction, scheduling, and safety regulations
• Experience with office interiors, corporate fit-outs, or luxury interiors
