Description
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, keeping projects on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep everything moving smoothly
- Maintain a strong focus on site safety, ensuring protocols are followed at all times
- Carry out regular site inspections to uphold quality standards and meet project specifications
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers-keeping communication clear and proactive
- Track progress through schedules, reports, and documentation
- Address and resolve on-site challenges quickly to avoid delays
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulation
Profile
- Solid experience in construction, with a track record of successfully running projects on site
- Strong leadership and organization-you can keep teams aligned and projects moving forward
- A clear understanding of construction methods, safety requirements, and building codes
- Confidence reading and working from drawings and technical documents
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems as they come up
- Strong communication skills when working with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
