Description
Project Leadership
Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through final turnover.
Manage project schedules, milestones, and daily field operations.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
Proactively identify and resolve construction issues to maintain project progress.
Quality & Craftsmanship
Ensure all work meets luxury residential construction standards and project specifications.
Conduct routine quality inspections and manage punch list completion.
Oversee the installation of high-end finishes, millwork, stone, and custom architectural details.
Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout all phases of construction.
Client & Team Coordination
Serve as the primary on-site contact for homeowners, architects, designers, and consultants.
Lead jobsite meetings and provide regular project updates.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve field conditions and design challenges.
Deliver a first-class client experience throughout the construction process.
Safety, Compliance & Administration
