Client & Team CoordinationServe as the primary on-site contact for homeowners, architects, designers, and consultants. Strong experience with project management software: ProCore, Builder Trend or similar software.

Project LeadershipOversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through final turnover. Manage project schedules, milestones, and daily field operations. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution. Proactively identify and resolve construction issues to maintain project progress.Quality & CraftsmanshipEnsure all work meets luxury residential construction standards and project specifications. Conduct routine quality inspections and manage punch list completion. Oversee the installation of high-end finishes, millwork, stone, and custom architectural details. Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout all phases of construction.Client & Team CoordinationServe as the primary on-site contact for homeowners, architects, designers, and consultants. Lead jobsite meetings and provide regular project updates. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve field conditions and design challenges. Deliver a first-class client experience throughout the construction process.Safety, Compliance & AdministrationMaintain a safe, organized, and compliant jobsite. Ensure adherence to building codes, permit requirements, and OSHA regulations. Coordinate inspections and approvals with local authorities. Track project documentation, schedules, and change orders while supporting budget objectives.The Successful Applicant10 + years of high-end construction experience. Ultra luxury estate home construction - $10M - $30M. Must have layout experience. Strong experience with project management software: ProCore, Builder Trend or similar software. OSHA-30 Certification preferred. Strong ability to read drawings and specifications. Expertise with level 5 finishes and zero punch. Strong attention to detail and client care.
