Description
Manage all day-to-day field operations
Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics
Maintain project schedules and quality standards
Lead safety initiatives and enforce OSHA compliance
Work closely with Project Management teams
Conduct progress meetings and site reporting
Profile
5+ years of superintendent experience
Industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics project experience
Strong scheduling and coordination abilities
OSHA certification preferred
Excellent leadership and communication skills
