Requirements The Superintendent will be responsible for: Provide project leadership and foster a proactive safety culture across all job sites. Oversee fast-turnaround projects, primarily under $5M in value. Manage the preparation and review of bid packages to secure competitive subcontractor proposals. Lead job-site subcontractor meetings to ensure project objectives are achieved. Review monthly invoices and maintain required documentation to ensure timely project funding. Direct cost management, including contracts, purchase orders, and scope changes, to meet project goals. Monitor the financial health of projects and maintain accurate project forecasts. Represent the company in subcontract negotiations and related communications.
