Requirements Proven experience as a Superintendent in Life Science, Interiors, or similar sectors Strong background in both ground-up and renovation construction Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and acting as the face of a project Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project for scheduling and reporting Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing field teams Willingness to travel regionally (primarily within Eastern MA and surrounding areas) Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
