Our client is seeking a Superintendent with Life Science and Interiors experience to oversee multiple ground-up and renovation projects across New England. This individual will be the on-site leader, ensuring project success while serving as the primary face of the company to clients and stakeholders.

Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up and renovation projects
  • Oversee and mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff
  • Manage schedules using Microsoft Project and coordinate with PM teams
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, subcontractors, and ownership
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Drive jobsite safety standards and compliance as a top priority
  • Coordinate daily field operations, subcontractor sequencing, and logistics
  • Maintain clear communication with leadership and provide regular project updates

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Life Sciences & Interiors should have:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in Life Science, Interiors, or similar sectors
  • Strong background in both ground-up and renovation construction
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and acting as the face of a project
  • Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project for scheduling and reporting
  • Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing field teams
  • Willingness to travel regionally (primarily within Eastern MA and surrounding areas)
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
