The Construction Superintendent - Leading Commercial Builder - Raleigh will be responsible for:

• Oversee daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain schedules.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct quality inspections and enforce project specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support project managers in achieving budget and timeline goals.

Profile

The Construction Superintendent - Leading Commercial Builder - Raleigh will have:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.
• High school diploma required; degree in Construction Management preferred.
