Superintendent - Lab Projects Up to $30M - Lexington MA

We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent to work on lab/life science projects in Lexington and otehr north shore locations. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

This privately held construction management firm works exclusively in life science and regulated environments. Based in the greater Boston area, the team supports life science and pharmaceutical clients throughout Eastern Massachusetts, with a strong concentration along the North Shore and Boston area.Their work includes lab renovations, clean rooms, and GMP regulated spaces, with projects ranging from small fast turnaround scopes to larger programs up to thirty million dollars. The business operates with a relationship driven, hands on model where senior leaders are directly involved in project execution, allowing the team to move quickly while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Description

• Lead day to day field operations on lab/lifescience and clean room projects
• coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics
• maintain strict safety, quality, and GMP compliance standards
• Work closely with PMs, clients, and senior leadership
• oversee fast paced renovations and TIs scopes
• Manage multiple small to mid sized projects at a time
• Deliver projects on time while maintaining strong client relationships

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Superintendent experience in Lab/Lifescience, clean rooms, or heavy MEP expereince
• Strong understanding of regulated enviornments such as GMP or research facilties
• Hands on leadership with ability to manage fast moving work
• Ability run projects up to $30M
• Willingness to commute to north shore and greater boston locations
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
