Description
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules to reflect current work progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to address project needs and resolve challenges.
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

Profile
A successful Superintendent - K-12/Healthcare Construction should have:
- A background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
