We're looking for a hands-on Construction Superintendent to lead commercial interiors projects across New York City, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Description

    • Oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial interiors projects
    • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics
    • Drive project schedules and ensure key milestones are achieved
    • Maintain jobsite safety and enforce quality standards
    • Coordinate inspections and oversee punch list completion
    • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants
    • Identify and resolve site issues to keep projects on track

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

    • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
    • Proven experience delivering commercial interiors projects in NYC
    • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site coordination
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced project environments
    • Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
    • Proactive, organized, and solutions-focused approach
