Description
- Oversee daily jobsite operations for commercial/corporate interior projects.
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, logistics, and trade coordination.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections, manage punch lists, and maintain organized documentation.
- Work closely with Project Managers to drive project progress and resolve issues quickly.
Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on corporate/commercial interiors projects in NYC.
- Strong knowledge of interior construction, finishes, and MEP coordination.
- Confident leader with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple moving parts on site.
- A team‑oriented professional who takes ownership and delivers results.
