Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring Class A interior projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain compliance with local codes, company policies, and client requirements.
- Oversee daily reporting, scheduling, and project documentation to provide accurate updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and designers, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional project outcomes.
Profile
- 4+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong focus on Class A interior build-outs.
- Proven track record managing projects in occupied and high-profile office buildings.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proficient in construction software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam).
- Excellent reading and interpretation of architectural and MEP drawings.
- Effective communication and leadership skills for coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and budgets.
- EXPERIENCE WITH A RELEVANT GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS A MUST
