Superintendent - Industrial/TiltWall

Our client is seeking an experienced Tilt-Wall Superintendent to lead the successful delivery of ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects throughout the Orlando area. This role is ideal for a field leader with a strong background in tilt-wall construction, industrial facilities, and telecommunications projects who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Description

• Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
• Lead the successful execution of tilt-wall construction, including planning, sequencing, and panel erection.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct daily site meetings, safety inspections, and progress reporting.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and schedules to proactively identify and resolve field issues.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and local building codes.
• Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure client expectations and project milestones are achieved.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction, including extensive exposure to tilt-wall projects. You will have successfully delivered both ground-up and renovation projects, with experience in industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or telecommunications facilities. Strong leadership, communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a commitment to safety and quality.
