Job Details

We are seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on a large ground up industrial and cold storage project in California.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily site operations and field coordination from start to finish
  • Submit and track Requests for Information through construction management software
  • Prepare and manage change orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate with subcontractors on scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics
  • Provide direct site oversight and leadership to subcontractors
  • Drive project execution to maintain schedule, quality, and coordination
  • Communicate effectively with the project team, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of construction processes from preconstruction through project closeout
  • Prior experience as a Superintendent on ground up commercial or industrial projects
  • Comfortable working on site in an active construction environment
  • Proficient with construction management software for Requests for Information, change orders, and documentation
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage subcontractors and field teams professionally
  • Detail oriented, dependable, and capable of leading field operations independently
