Job Title: Superintendent - Houston, TX 

Job Description:

• Oversee all aspects of MEP projects from planning to completion
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Supervise and lead a team on-site
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the project and provide solutions
• Review project documentation and report progress to the project manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Proven experience as a Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Plumbing Project Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Certification in project management is a plus
