Job Details

5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects
Experience with healthcare construction projects
Ability to manage projects ranging from $500K–$12M
Experience coordinating subcontractors and field operations
Ability to maintain project schedule and enforce timelines
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Experience with project documentation and daily reporting
Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software
Strong understanding of jobsite safety standards and compliance requirements
Ability to coordinate with project managers, clients, and design teams
Ability to lead daily site meetings and field coordination activities
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
Experience managing multiple trades on active job sites
