Job Details

Experience & Technical Skills:

10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial ground-up construction projects with a general contractor or construction management firm
Proven ability to manage projects from site mobilization through final closeout
Strong understanding of construction means and methods across all phases of ground-up work
Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
Proficiency with construction scheduling tools and standard office software

Leadership & Field Responsibilities:

Lead all on-site construction activities, including subcontractor coordination and daily field operations
Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion
Enforce quality control standards and ensure work is performed in accordance with contract documents
Maintain accurate jobsite documentation including daily reports, schedules, safety records, and progress photos
Coordinate inspections, punch list completion, and project closeout activities
Promote and enforce jobsite safety programs to maintain a safe and organized work environment

Physical & Jobsite Requirements:

Ability to work full-time on active construction jobsites
Ability to walk jobsites for extended periods, climb stairs and ladders, navigate uneven terrain, and lift up to 50 pounds as required
