seeking a highly skilled and dependable <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> Superintendent / Foreman<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/b> to
lead our traveling <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> Refrigeration

This
is not an entry -level position — only candidates with strong
mechanical contracting leadership experience, refrigeration
construction knowledge, pipe crew experience, and the ability to
lead hands -on in the field will be considered.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>

The
successful candidate will be responsible for leading crews,
coordinating job site activity, supporting pipe fitting and
welding operations, reading plans, communicating with project
leadership, and working alongside the crew when needed to keep
the project moving forward. This role requires the ability to
adapt in the field, solve problems, manage priorities, and
represent RSCS professionally with customers, contractors,
subcontractors, and internal team members.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>

Lead and manage a
traveling refrigeration construction and pipe crew<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Manage project momentum
from beginning through execution to help meet deadlines<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Coordinate daily job
site operations, manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and
project priorities<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Work hands -on with the
crew when needed to keep the project moving forward<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Read and interpret
plans, drawings, specifications, and project documents<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Support pipe fitting,
pipe welding, layout, rigging, and refrigeration system installation<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Coordinate work
involving carbon steel and stainless steel pipe, small bore to
large bore pipe sizes, and related mechanical systems<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Communicate project
updates, labor needs, material needs, delays, and job site
concerns to project management and leadership<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Adapt to field changes
and help resolve job site challenges as they arise<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Maintain a safe,
organized, and productive job site<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Ensure work is
completed according to RSCS quality standards, customer
expectations, and project requirements<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Provide leadership,
direction, accountability, and support to crew members<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Work professionally
with customers, general contractors, subcontractors, inspectors,
vendors, and RSCS team members<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Support project
closeout, punch -list completion, startup coordination, and
turnover when applicable<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
Requirements<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/h2>
5–10 years of
leadership experience in the Mechanical Contracting Industry<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Refrigeration
construction experience required<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Refrigeration and
ammonia systems experience strongly preferred<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Pipe welding experience
with carbon steel and stainless steel<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Experience with small
bore to large bore pipe sizes<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
6G position welding experience<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Stick and TIG welding
process experience<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Strong pipe fitting and
layout skills<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Experience leading
refrigeration construction or mechanical pipe crews<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Strong background in
industrial refrigeration, ammonia systems, food processing, cold
storage, or manufacturing environments<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Safety -minded and able

Professional

We use a tiered hourly
pay scale across RSCS and MRC for technician and field leadership
roles: Apprentice/Entry $20–$30, Technician (Early -Career)
$30–$40, Journeyman (Mid -Level) $40–$50, and Senior/Field
Supervisor $50–$70. The top end is reserved for the highest -level
Senior Ammonia Technicians and Field Supervisors.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/p>
Starting pay is based on
verified experience, certifications, leadership background, and
job scope, including travel as applicable. Hiring managers set the
final starting rate within the appropriate tier.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/p>
