Description

The Superintendent - Federal Projects - Carolinas Based Travel will be responsible for:

• • Oversee all on-site construction activities from start through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain schedule
  • Manage project timelines, daily reports, and site logistics
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company standards
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections and address deficiencies
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to track progress and resolve issues
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, inspectors, and internal teams

Profile

The successful Superintendent - Federal Projects - Carolinas Based Travel will have the following experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor
• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Carolinas
• Strong leadership and communication skills across field teams
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and safety
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site operations
