Description
As the Superintendent - Commercial Construction, you will report directly to senior leadership and take full ownership of on‑site project delivery.
Lead day‑to‑day site operations from groundworks through project close‑out
Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspections to maintain programme
Uphold high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction
Act as the primary on‑site point of contact for clients and consultants
Manage logistics, sequencing, and real‑time problem solving
Deliver projects on time and to exacting standards
Travel between regional project sites as required (typically within a one‑hour radius)
Profile
For the Superintendent - Commercial Construction, we are seeking:
Experience as a Superintendent or Junior Superintendent on commercial projects
