Description
The Superintendent will report into senior operations leadership and play a critical role in delivering multifamily construction projects from ground-up through completion. You will be the on-site leader responsible for driving performance and execution excellence.
Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
Coordinate day-to-day operations with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
Enforce and maintain strict safety standards and compliance on-site
Implement quality control processes to ensure exceptional project delivery
Track and document project progress, materials, and costs
Proactively identify and resolve site challenges to maintain workflow efficiency
Build strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
Profile
For the Superintendent - Multifamily Construction we are seeking:
Proven experience as a Superintendent within multifamily or commercial construction
Ability to lead teams and drive project timelines effectively
Deep understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site logistics
Familiarity with construction management software and reporting tools
Job Offer
