This is an opportunity to join a well‑established commercial general contractor entering a new growth phase across the Colorado Front Range region. The business delivers a diverse portfolio of public and private projects and is known for long employee tenure, strong leadership accessibility, and a true field‑driven approach. If you are a hands‑on Senior Superintendent looking for stability, ownership, and pride in delivery, this role offers a long‑term home rather than a stepping stone.

Client Details

Our client is a respected, employee‑owned commercial contractor with decades of regional presence. The company operates with a large‑company capability but maintains a down‑to‑earth, approachable culture where leadership remains close to the field. With a growing pipeline of education, municipal, healthcare, retail, and site development work, the business is reinvesting in experienced Superintendents to support sustained growth.

Description

As a Senior Superintendent, you will lead commercial projects from pre‑construction through close‑out, reporting directly to senior field leadership.

  • Take full ownership of on‑site delivery, safety, quality, and schedule
  • Manage subcontractors and self‑perform crews in a hands‑on field environment
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless execution
  • Drive project schedules using Procore and Microsoft Project
  • Maintain a strong safety culture and lead by example on site
  • Oversee multiple workstreams across varied commercial project types
  • Serve as a mentor and leader to junior field staff

Profile

For the Senior Superintendent role, we are seeking:

  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience with strong career stability
  • Proven cradle‑to‑grave project delivery experience
  • Background across varied commercial sectors (not overly specialized)
  • A field‑first mindset with strong trade and site leadership experience
  • Procore and Microsoft Project proficiency
  • A collaborative, ego‑free leadership style
  • Preference for candidates with deep local or regional market experience

Job Offer

  • Base salary: $120,000-$150,000 depending on experience
  • Company truck or vehicle allowance
  • 100% employee‑paid medical insurance
  • Strong 401(k) match up to 5 percent
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan participation
  • 15 days paid time off plus 6 holidays
  • Annual merit‑based raises and performance recognition
  • Fitness reimbursement and additional lifestyle benefits
  • Long‑term career stability with clear trust in Superintendent leadership
