Description
The Superintendent will report into senior construction leadership and take full ownership of onsite delivery and scheduling across multiple projects.
Manage and maintain detailed construction schedules using Microsoft Project
Drive project timelines and proactively identify risks to keep projects on track
Oversee daily site operations on ground-up commercial builds
Ensure high standards of documentation and reporting are maintained
Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication
Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to maintain productivity and quality
Support multiple projects and adapt to evolving scheduling demands
Profile
For the Superintendent - Commercial Construction we are seeking:
5+ years of experience in ground-up commercial construction
Proven ability to own and manage construction schedules (Microsoft Project required)
Strong client-facing communication skills
High level of organization and attention to detail in documentation
Ability to push schedules and drive progress on site
Collaborative, trustworthy, and team-oriented mindset
Flexibility to travel when required
Experience in storage, light commercial, or multifamily is advantageous but not essential
Job Offer
Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000
Performance Bonus: Structured project-based bonus pool
Vehicle Allowance: Approx. $600-$800/month
Travel Per Diem: Negotiable
