Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery. Monitor project progress and address potential delays or issues proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. Prepare and present regular reports on project status to management.
