This is an immediate need for a hands-on site leader who can independently manage field operations across multiple small-to-mid-sized projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day field operations across commercial fit-out projects ($500K-$5M)
Oversee subcontractors, schedules, and site safety compliance
Coordinate closely with project managers and clients to ensure project delivery
Lead site meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel for project tracking and reporting
Ensure all work aligns with plans, specs, and local regulations
Profile
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or strong Assistant Superintendent ready to step up
Experience managing commercial construction projects (fit-outs highly preferred)
Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work across job sites along the I-495 belt (NH to Greater Boston)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Electrical or infrastructure project experience is a strong plus
