Description
The Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Leading day-to-day field operations on commercial interior construction projects
- Managing subcontractors, schedules, and on-site logistics to ensure project success
- Enforcing safety standards and maintaining compliance across all job sites
- Coordinating with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to drive timelines
- Overseeing quality control to deliver high-end finished spaces
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, reporting, and progress updates
- Identifying and proactively resolving construction challenges in real time
Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Strong background in tenant interiors or similar fast-paced builds preferred
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and job site coordination
- Solid understanding of construction scheduling, safety, and QA/QC processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an active project environment
- Willingness to travel locally (or regionally depending on project needs)
