Description

  • Lead all on‑site construction activities for commercial interiors projects from mobilization through close‑out
  • Manage subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, and short‑interval planning
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, and design partners
  • Enforce safety programs and maintain a clean, compliant jobsite
  • Oversee inspections, punch lists, and turnover documentation
  • Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain momentum

Profile

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent delivering commercial interiors construction projects
  • Background working for a General Contractor on tenant improvement, office, healthcare, or retail interiors
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management
  • Familiarity with construction technology such as Procore or similar field management software
  • Strong communication skills and a hands‑on leadership style
  • Experience delivering projects in the Central Texas market is preferred
