Description
The Superintendent - Commercial Construction in NH will:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring all activities align with project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions promptly.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and updates.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Foster a productive and positive work environment for all team members.
