Description

The Superintendent - Commercial Construction in NH will:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring all activities align with project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions promptly.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and updates.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
