We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Permanent Superintendent with a strong background in New Construction & Remodels to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing company that is committed to providing high-quality luxury homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. The role requires a highly motivated individual who is able to communicate effectively at all levels and has a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

As a Superintendent, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning thru CO, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
2. Coordinating and managing all project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
3. Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant regulations and standards.
4. Communicating effectively with all subcontractors, stakeholders, including clients, and team members, to ensure that all project objectives are met.
5. Identifying and managing any risks or issues that may arise during the course of a project, and implementing appropriate solutions.
6. Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress and performance.
7. Continuously monitoring and reviewing project performance, and implementing improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Aspen market of Luxury Home Building for a General Contractor overseeing every subcontractor from start to finish.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
5. A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
