Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules. Drive project timelines using tools like Primavera P6. Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to OSHA standards. Coordinate closely with the Project Executive and project team. Maintain accurate documentation via Procore and Bluebeam. Take ownership of scheduling and sequencing with minimal oversight. Support both renovation and base building scopes.The Successful Applicant10+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision. Proven experience with renovation and ground-up projects up to $20M. Strong technical proficiency in P6, Procore, and Bluebeam. OSHA certification and strong safety mindset. Background in the trades or field-based career progression preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects autonomously.
