The Store Manager creates an environment where every associate serves as a true brand ambassador, drives sales, and maintains high brand standards.Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesUtilize the Sunglass Hut Experience tools to consistently meet sales plans and company objectives.Develop the store's strategic plan to achieve financial results.Drive sales by identifying opportunities to reach both personal and store goals.Lead by example, coaching, developing, mentoring, and inspiring the team.Recruit, hire, and train staff using onboarding tools.Inspire team growth through individual development plans.Create an inspirational work environment that reflects brand integrity.Foster an emotional connection within the store team to translate into sales.Spend 100% of time present on the sales floor.Maintain operational policies, procedures, and brand standards.Communicate promotions, contests, and incentives to the team.Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Prior leadership experience of 2+ years.Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations.Detail‑oriented and uses critical thinking to execute operational components.Preferred QualificationsCustomer service and/or retail experience.Pay & BenefitsPay Range: $22.90 - $34.69 per hour.
