  Responsibilities
  • Complete a 5-week manager-training with performance metrics
  • Hire, develop, and motivate store staff
  • Create a positive environment for employees and customers
  • Analyze sales to maximize performance
  • Meet banking, safety, and legal standards
  • Manage expenses, inventory, and maintenance
  • Oversee daily store operations, cleanliness, and organization
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
  Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 1 year supervisory experience
  • Ability to motivate others
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift 25 pounds
  • Reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent
