We are currently hiring for sitter roles to bridge the gap until our full-time summer positions begin, allowing you to start earning and building your reputation with our families today.
Passion for Childcare: You genuinely enjoy engaging with children and supporting their development through play and creativity.
Trustworthiness: You are dependable, punctual, and committed to providing a safe environment for every child in your care.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: You can provide clear updates to parents and build a great rapport with kids of all ages.
Proactive Mindset: You don’t just watch; you participate—planning activities, outings, and educational fun.
Background & Logistics: Previous experience (babysitting, camp counseling, or teaching) is preferred. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus for reaching various local assignments.
