All branches are seeking summer seasonal junior lifeguards to ensure pool safety and create a welcoming environment for members and guests.
Responsibilities include supervising pool and hot tub areas, maintaining cleanliness, water testing, and engaging positively with diverse individuals.
Qualifications require a minimum age of 15, current lifeguard certification (or completion of classes), First Aid, CPR/AED, and Oxygen Administration certifications, along with the ability to maintain physical and mental readiness.
Location: Vista Ridge, Erie, CO. Hours: Monday-Sunday, 9:45am-8:15pm, from May 22nd to September 7th. Must be available on weekends.
Salary starts at $15.16/hour, with a +10% bilingual premium for fluent Spanish/English staff. Benefits include free family membership, program discounts, retirement benefits, paid sick time, and an Employee Assistance Program. Childcare benefits over $5000 are taxable.
