SEASONAL SUMMER HELP NEEDED!
Make your summer hustle worth it - stay active and earn all season long! Jordan's is looking for a Baler Operator to work in our busy Taunton Warehouse this summer season. This position performs a variety of tasks to assist the Quality Control and Returns Department including, but not limited to; performing repetitive repackaging of merchandise, loading and unloading trailers and processing recycling materials.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Transfers trash and recyclable material to the compactor/baler area and maintains a clean work area.
- Separates recyclable material from trash.
- Operates all machinery used to handle trash or recycled material.
- Loads/unloads Junk bedding, Shuttle, Receiving and Recycling trailers.
- Handles, repackages, and moves returned merchandise.
- Sorts, transports, processes recycling material and disposes all trash generated from the department's daily operations.
- Assist with the overall cleanliness of the DC by ensuring floor is clear of recycling debris.
- Uses and maintains tools and equipment in accordance with company and OSHA safety standards.
- Any other function or responsibility as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- 0-6 months of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
- Must be able to solely and safely lift and move materials up to 110 lbs.
- Must be certified through company Crown Lift Training Program to safely operate forklift and Pallet Jack equipment.
- Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.
