Qualifications: Education: Required - High school diploma or equivalent Preferred - Associates Degree or higher
Experience: Required - 3 years office experience Preferred - 3 years office experience in a public school setting, fluency in Spanish
Essential Performance Responsibilities:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Technical: Manages school records in accordance with Illinois School Student Records Act, providing efficient retrieval of information and other related archival responsibilities Maintains the daily environment of the school office facility and supplies Utilizes existing technology effectively in the performance of duties Computer literacy and competency in use of existing technology
Interpersonal: Maintains contact with a professional nursing organization and utilizes continuing education opportunities to enhance professional knowledge Participates as an active member of the school community, representing health/wellness Performs other such duties and assumes other such responsibilities as may be assigned by the School Principal or Associate Superintendent of Education

Physical Demands:
Manual Dexterity: Work requires definite skilled and accurate physical operations requiring some closely coordinated performance. Physical Effort: Work requires handling average weight materials or equipment, but not for sustained periods. Working Conditions: Some exposure to definitely disagreeable elements may exist.
Terms of Employment: June 8, 2026 - July 2, 2026; Monday thru Friday; 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Salary Range: Minimum of $17.49 per hour. (Current D50 employees in this position will be paid their current rate of pay.)
