TITLE: Summer School Coordinator
LOCATION: Chelmsford High School
JOB DESCRIPTION/GOAL:
Duties/Responsibilities: Working with the high school principal, Deans and Community Educations staff, the Summer School Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- Available one day per week for students to come for help
- Work with school online platform to set up classes for students
- Handle required paperwork as directed
- Set up and reserve classroom space as needed
- Be available during the school week to assist students and/or administration
- Be available to trouble shoot and work with the online platform to help address student and school problems
- Supervise Students by performing checking on student progress
- Willingness to learn the functions of the online platform
- Prepare final grade reports
- Oversee management of the summer school program
- Discipline, if needed
- Liaison between the school administration and Community Education
- Work with technology to make sure appropriate software is loaded on computers
- Other duties as assigned by the high school principal
Availability: June 28, 2026- August 22, 2026 (Student classes vary)
Hours: This is an online learning platform. Schedule will vary between being available at Chelmsford High School and working remotely from home.
Reports To: Chelmsford High School Administration and Director of Community

Pay Rate: $4000 stipend
