QUALIFICATIONS: Pass appropriate classificaiton test per WV Code 18A-4-8E.

SUPERVISED BY: Director of Facilities, Principal

SALARY: Summer salary is according to daily rate per WV Code.

TERM: June 08, 2026 - August 6, 2025, excluding July 3(Independence Day Observed) and any other declared holidays or state of emergencies.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain physical appearance and cleanliness of interior and exterior of school grounds.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.
• Make minor repairs to facilities and equipment.
• Report deficiencies in cleanliness and safety of school facilities.
• Maintain inventory and request necessary supplies as assigned.
• Operate machinery necessary to maintain the appearance to school grounds.
• Maintain positive work habits.
• Perform duties efficiently and productively.
• Maintain and/or upgrade skills.
• Performs any and all other job related duties as assigned by the supervisor or the Superintendent
