Position Overview

This is a flexible, cross-trained role designed specifically for college students home for the summer. You’ll gain hands-on experience in both kitchen operations and hospitality (front-of-house), making you a valuable part of our fast-paced team.

Schedule & Commitment

• Seasonal Role: May through August
• Age Requirement: 18+
• Minimum Hours: 30 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling to help balance summer plans

Pay

• $13–$14 per hour, based on experience and performance

What You’ll Do

As a Flex Team Member, you’ll rotate between key roles, including:

• Preparing food safely and efficiently in the kitchen
• Delivering excellent customer service in dining and drive-thru areas
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Supporting team members wherever needed
