Acosta Group is seeking motivated college students to support short-term and project-based initiatives within our Human Resources Department at our Jacksonville, Florida headquarters, conveniently located near Town Center.
Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate ability to efficiently process files and records, actively seek feedback for service improvement, respond promptly to requests for assistance, and consistently meet commitments and deadlines.
Oral Communication: Communicate clearly and persuasively in various situations, actively listen and seek clarification when needed, and respond confidently to inquiries and questions.
Written Communication: Write with clarity and attention to detail, edit work for proper grammar and spelling, adapt writing style to meet specific needs, present numerical data effectively, and accurately interpret written information.
Quality Focus: Maintain high standards of accuracy and thoroughness, proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, apply constructive feedback to enhance performance, and monitor work quality to ensure excellence.
