Success Coordinator

Anticipated start date: August 26, 2026

Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (includes two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid meal break)

Weekly working hours: 40

Wage: $32.03 - $34.32 (PSE Salary Schedule 2025-26 *2026-27 TBD)

Position Summary: Provides regular academic, social/emotional support, and mentoring of at risk students. Will work with students experiencing emotional or behavioral distress on a daily basis. For complete details, please see the attached job description.

Work Calendar: 2026-27 PSE SCHOOL DAYS M-F

Benefit Eligibility:

  • Insurance: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, basic life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance provided the assignment is anticipated to work at least 630 hours per year.*
  • Retirement Plans: This position is eligible for a 403(b) TSA Retirement Savings Plan.
  • Paid Holidays: This position may be eligible for up to 13 paid holidays per year. The number of holidays depends on the employee's start and end dates.
  • Paid Time Off: Employees working 12 months per year earn 12 days of paid vacation per school year. Employees working 237 - 260 days per school year earn 12 days of sick leave. Up to 3 days of personal leave may be granted each school year. Vacation, sick leave, and personal leave are based on scheduled hours and position start date.
  • Snoqualmie Valley School District benefits are administered by the Washington State Healthcare Authority (HCA) under the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB). Eligibility for benefits is determined by the number of hours employees are anticipated to work during the school year (September 1 through August 31). Any employee who is scheduled to work 630 hours or more in a year is eligible for benefits.
