Job Summary This position provides a high quantity of proactive student contact through in-person, phone and email communication; new and continuing student scheduling; responding to student questions and/or requests; identifying students at-risk for academic failure and implementing strategies to promote student success. In addition, this position will serve as the accessibility services coordinator. |
Job Duties: -Maintain direct contact and provide guidance and support to students to improve student success. This includes: monitoring attendance and academic progress; discussing and supporting the student as they resolve issues that occur in the classroom environment; informing and connecting students to available academic and well-being resources; advising; and helping students develop individual student success and SAP plan |
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience |
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience |
