Shift Lead at Subway 9014

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Shift Lead at Subway 9014. The Shift Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant during their shift, including supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shift
• Ensure excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to existing staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including restocking supplies and performing regular cleaning tasks
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash drawers
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food safety certification is a plus
