• Candidates will be paper screened, tested and interviewed prior to selection. Only those applicants who pass paper screening will be contacted by Human Resources and invited to testing. All applicants, including employees of HBCSD, must submit an EdJoin application and required attachments via EdJoin by the posted deadline. It is your responsibility to scan all required documents. • Copy of Transcript (Degree or unofficial copy of transcript showing a minimum of completing 48 college units. If you have neither, you will be contacted by Human Resources to complete the Paraeducator proficiency exam)
