You have the credentials and the classroom presence. Teachers For Tomorrow is looking for experienced Lead Teachers to step in with confidence at licensed childcare centers and preschools across the Twin Cities Metro, on a schedule you control.
What You Get
- $21.00 - $25.00/hour based on experience and credentials
- Experience add-ons up to $1.50/hour for verified licensed childcare center experience
- Education add-ons for CDA, BA, or MA in ECE or related fields
- Flexible scheduling, you set your availability
- Minimum 16 hours per week

What You Need
- Meet Lead Teacher requirements under Minnesota DHS Rule 3, examples include AA or certificate in ECE, BA with qualifying ECE credits, CDA with qualifying experience, or Minnesota teaching license
- Reliable transportation to reach partner centers across the Twin Cities Metro (driver's license preferred)
- Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS background study
- Dependable and passionate about early childhood education
