Assist certificated teachers in providing instruction to students individually or in small groups, monitor and report student progress, and support classroom activities.
Instructional Assistant I supports classroom functions, while Instructional Assistant II works independently within complex programs.
Key duties include tutoring, preparing lessons, administering and scoring tests, monitoring student behavior, maintaining records, setting up materials, and assisting with lab activities.
Provide emotional support, communicate with parents, and ensure student health and safety. Participate in meetings and training.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 48 college credit hours, and experience working with children.
