Profile of a Natick Educator
JOB GOAL: The Substitute, Frontline & Benefit Time Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the district's substitute staffing systems, managing employee absences and benefit time, and ensuring efficient, equitable coverage across all schools. This role is being redesigned to align with increased automation through Frontline, improved operational efficiency, and the expanded scope of the HR & Communications office.
The Coordinator will work in direct partnership with Frontline to implement automation, optimize workflows, and ensure the system is used to its full capacity.
The Substitute, Frontline and Benefit Time Coordinator may be required to work per diem days over the summer to support the current substitute and Frontline transition.
