Schedule: Monday 10a-8p Tuesday 9a-7p Wednesday 10a-8p Thursday 9a-7p
Pay: $60,000 - $75,000
Responsibilities • Lead 2-3 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. • Facilitate group discussions using a "plug and play" approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. • Monitor member progress and document outcomes. • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Active behavioral health licensure in Virginia, including but not limited to: • LPC • LCSW • CSAC • LSATP • LMFT • Associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states Minimum two years' leading groups in a SUD setting. High comfort level with Technology: • EMR • Telehealth software • Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive) • Mobile apps, etc. Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success. Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
